The Rental Dynamics Story
Our staff spent years in the rental industry before becoming a part of our team and designing a new technology solution for our shared industry. Our team’s background ranges from sales, operations, technology, service, and more. Our history of “being the user” helped pave the way for everything we have created, so that we can provide rental companies with intuitive technology that saves them time, money, and resources.
The desire to have technology that followed our process smoothly and offered greater insights into all facets of our company was a shared goal of our team, so in 2017 we began the process to design just that. Over the years we have shifted and pivoted as many companies do, until we found a partner in Salesforce. Once we began utilizing the Salesforce platform, we saw how we could turn it into one of the most customizable and user-friendly rental management solutions on the market.
After years of developing, testing, and making sure that we got it right, the Rental Dynamics - Rental Management Solution (RMS) hit the market in 2023. Can I use RMS to create and manage contracts?
RMS allows users to follow their business process all the way from quote to reservation to contract to invoices, and allows them to customize it along the way. Contract creation and management are one of the pillars RMS is built on.
Can I see where my equipment is even if it is at a different branch?
Our live inventory will allow you to see any piece of equipment, and its status, even at another branch or on a jobsite
What billing method is used for invoicing?
We handle many different types of billing methods such as dynamic billing ("hit the money"), month-end rears, prorated, and others as needed to suite your needs
Is Rental Dynamics a Salesforce company?
We are a not a part of Salesforce. We are however, a Salesforce ISV (Independent Service Provider) partner and have built the RMS on the Salesforce platform. This gives our customers the flexibility and reliability that comes with that. Such as an industry leading CRM, AD-HOC reporting, customization, and so much more.
Do I need Salesforce licenses to use your product?
Yes, and as a Salesforce partner we can help you get what you need! We will make sure that you obtain all the needed licenses to run our solution and assist with any questions you may have about the Salesforce platform.
Am I paying for Salesforce and RMS?
The short answer is yes, you will need the Salesforce licenses to access RMS and then will need to pay for our RMS package licensing. We kept this in mind when designing our pricing and if you are interested, please contact us to see how we compare to other rental software!
